Cadence Cares is focused on maintaining a best-in-class program that serves our local youth.

 

Your donation will help provide programming to members from a broad range of multicultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Specifically, we can grow our scholarship program to help offset fees. Any donation sum is welcomed.

 

Cadence Cares is a nonprofit corporation that is organized and operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding section of any future federal tax laws), including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of, the Internal Revenue Code (or the corresponding section of any future federal tax laws), and specifically to solicit and receive donations, gifts, grants, memorials, and bequests of money, property, or services and in that regard to make donations of money, property, support or services to the youth of “Low and Medium Income” families, their parents and dependents selected by the Board of Directors of Cadence Cares and who meet the criteria established from time to time by the Board of Directors. as amended November 10, 2020.
