The Illinois Trucking Association is a proud partner of Cadence Premier Logistics and the Cadence Cares Foundation. We have personally partnered with Cadence on many local, regional, and national efforts to promote the trucking industry and to help those in need.
Cadence has been actively involved in “Teens, Trucks, and Traffic”, a safety initiative that teaches high school students how to safely share the road. Cadence has made it possible for thousands of new drivers to sit behind the wheel of a big rig and to learn how important it is to share the highway with large trucks, motorcycles, and other motorists.
The Illinois Trucking Association has also partnered with Cadence and Illinois State Police for the Trooper in a Truck program. This program allows Illinois State Police to make our highways safer by looking out for distracted drivers and by bringing awareness to the dangers of distracted driving.
The partnership encourages motorists to stay focused on the highway because everyone deserves to arrive home safely.
ITA has also proudly partnered with Cadence to provide relief supplies for various national emergencies. Cadence has not only provided transportation of relief supplies, but they have also served as a warehousing and distribution point for supplies donated by members of the Illinois Trucking Association and other local charities.
The Illinois Trucking Association fully supports the Cadence Cares Foundation and we look forward to many more partnership opportunities to promote safety and to serve those in need.
