MAKE THINGS HAPPEN

National Futsal Development Program - Trip To Portugal

In the fall of 2022 The National Futsal Development Program embarks on a journey across the Atlantic ocean taking Team USA to face opponents such Benfica Lisabon. Cadence Futsal & Soccer Academy alone is sending six athletes. Two of them are, Matthew Sklash and Sergio Polanco. We are excited to be able to support the two young men and their families in being able to participate and represent Joliet, Chicago, and the USA at this tournament.

Watch grant recipient, Matthew Sklash, talk about the impact athletics had on his life and why this trip is important to him.

"CCF will outfit approximately 500 kids in our exclusive partnership Chicago Public Schools Score! program. This program will take place at twenty different locations across Chicago and will serve kids from every zip code. This is the BTS ground level program that will find and impact hundreds of new wrestlers this year. The goal will be to hook them into BTS and lead them into year around wrestling and enrichment programming. Thank you for your help in making this possible, Candence Cares!"
